Bridgestone joins forces with DLT to provide privileges throughout 2021 for

nationwide transportation companies that meet Q-Mark standards 

 

[Bangkok] (20 May 2021) - Bridgestone Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is joining forces with the Department of Land Transport (DLT) to continue delivering privileges for transportation companies that have been certified to “Service Quality Standard for Truck Operation” or Q-Mark to raise the standard of transportation in Thailand, aiming to effectively support and drive logistics and supply chain management process of the commercial and industrial sectors. Significantly, Bridgestone to reinforce its business operations by offering solutions that contribute to the needs of the operators in Thailand in particular, focus on safety and efficiency in terms of products and services to help its partners running the business smoothly and generating maximum profit.

 

This year, Bridgestone Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd. continues to offer privileges for transportation companies that have received Q-Mark certification as follows.

1.      Support the application fee for off-site emergency assistance services (Bridgestone Breakdown Service).

2.     Support Q-Mark annual evaluation fee by providing free tires to applicants. In this regard, Q-Mark certified operators will receive 2 Bridgestone ECOPIA tires for truck and buses with a maximum total value of 23,000 Baht when purchasing 20 Bridgestone or Firestone tires (limit 25 rights). This right is reserved for an operator who would like to certify or renew the Q-Mark certification in 2021 only, which the right can be used at all Bridgestone Truck Tire Center (BTC).

3.     Provide Bridgestone’s professional tire management program called B-Track to track tire status and performance, help calculate costs and estimate the number of tires purchasing in the future effectively.

4.     Additional privileges, such as support training on transportation skills from Bridgestone experts. For Q-Mark certified operators, who register to the company, will receive news about additional privileges from the company.
