[Bangkok] (April 24, 2020) – Bridgestone Thailand by khun Thanarak Kanchanakhunthakul Department Manager of Corporate Communication & Social Impact Department, Thai Bridgestone Co., Ltd. together with khun Jirat and khun ​Nuchkanit Thitiwattanakarn​, the owner of Sahasainuea Lor Yang Limited Partnership, Bridgestone wholesaler in Lamphun, as well as BTC Sainur Karnyang Donchan, Bridgestone Truck Tire Center in Chiang Mai, and Cockpit Nopparat Karn Yang (Chotana), Cockpit One Stop Auto Care Center in Chiang Mai, donated 5,000 cups of Firestone Nissin Cup Noodles , water, energy drinks and 2 sets of Bridgestone Dueler, vehicle tires, to Chiang Dao Wildlife Sanctuary, Chiang Mai, and Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation, Bangkok, to support the operation of firefighters as Bridgestone realizes the significance of the ongoing wildfire crisis in Chiang Mai. Bridgestone would like to be a part to reinforces the support, encouraging firefighters having been dedicated to help extinguish wildfires in norther areas, working in burned and high-risk areas throughout the period.

The impact of wildfires has damaged the environment and has negatively affected people’s lives more than any other circumstances due to its ability to rapidly damage wide areas.
